Shipping, returns and everything else about your order.

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States.
Every piece is made to order. Most are made in 2–5 business days, then arrive 3–4 business days after they ship.
Shipping is $4.95 for the first item and $2.20 for each one after it.
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Around the holidays, making and shipping can take a little longer.

Free returns and free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. We pay for shipping both ways.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition: no stains, odors or pet hair, and not altered.
To start a return or exchange, email support@check-ride.ai with your order number and tell us what you'd like: a refund, or a different size or color. We'll reply with a prepaid return label and next steps.
Refunds go back to your original payment method once your return reaches us.
Arrived damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered? Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. You don't need to send it back.

Orders go into production quickly. Email support@check-ride.ai as soon as you can: if yours hasn't been made yet, we'll change or cancel it. If it has, you can still return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address.

Every product page has a size guide, in inches.
Wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Don't iron over the print, and don't dry-clean.
